These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fit Station Gym website and our gym facility located at 19th Main Rd, opp. Indian Oil Petrol Bunk, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. By accessing our services or signing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and medically fit to engage in exercise.

2. Membership

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Access is permitted only during published operating hours.
• Fit Station Gym reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of rules.

3. Payments

All fees are payable in advance. Prices may change with prior notice. Taxes are charged as applicable.

4. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for using equipment correctly, following trainer instructions, and disclosing relevant medical conditions before training.

5. Code of Conduct

• Wear appropriate athletic attire and clean shoes.
• Re-rack weights and respect other members.
• No filming or photography of other members without consent.
• Intoxicants, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

6. Personal Belongings

Fit Station Gym is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items on the premises. Use lockers at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, trademarks) is owned by Fit Station Gym and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Station Gym is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facility or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
